The analysis is carried out to identify defects that reduce the carrying capacity, durability, reliability and safety of structures operation, and the reasons for their occurrence. Particular attention is paid to the human factor in the design, construction and maintenance of structures. On the basis of the data obtained, methods for neutralizing the identified defects through the repair, reinforcement or replacement of the studied structures.
