On this day, we pay tribute to those who are on guard of a peaceful life, we honor all those who performed their civil duties in the ranks of the army and navy, for whom military service has become a vocation and destiny. Fidelity to the Fatherland, courage, dedication and combat skill of our warrior - this is one of the foundations of the security of our country.

February 23, we traditionally congratulate all men, regardless of whether they served in the army or are representatives of "peaceful" professions. The rich history of our country has shown more than once - in a moment of danger, volunteers stood up in line with the military personnel, from old men to boys, protecting their family and their land.
